Our yoga instructors offer you the opportunity to engage intensively with your body and balance your nervous system, whether you are a beginner or an experienced yogi.
The courses include different yoga styles, such as Vinyasa Flow. Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style that synchronizes breath and movement to promote strength, flexibility and mindfulness. The continuous, harmonious movements help to achieve a meditative state and connect body and mind.
The courses are suitable for both beginners and advanced practitioners, but our yoga instructors will of course also cater to your needs and support you if you have any difficulties.
Participation is free of charge for our hotel guests and our sports memberships.
