FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions about the Viani Pasta Cooking Class

Will we make the pasta ourselves?

Yes. Together we'll prepare the pasta dough and shape a variety of pasta specialties by hand. Our pasta experts will guide you through every step and introduce you to the essential techniques of traditional Italian pasta making.

Do I need any previous experience?

No. The class is suitable for both beginners and enthusiastic home cooks. Our pasta experts will guide you step by step throughout the evening.

Are drinks included in the price?

Yes. An aperitif, water, Fritz soft drinks, FREIgeist white and red wine, Göttinger Pils, as well as coffee and tea specialties are all included.

How many guests take part in the event?

The cooking class takes place in an intimate group of 8 to 16 guests, allowing plenty of time for personal guidance, hands-on cooking and a relaxed atmosphere.

Can I book the cooking class as a private event?

Yes. The Viani Pasta Cooking Class can also be booked exclusively for groups, corporate events or private celebrations. Simply get in touch with us at meetings@freigeist-friends.com.
