The latest cardio and weight machines from Precor ensure a diverse selection for your training. The separate training room directly adjacent to the gym can be used for personal training sessions with our fitness trainer or for relaxing yoga sessions.
Get going on two wheels! With your own membership, you can continue your workout on our Peloton bike or try it out using our hotel account. From cycling courses to stretching sessions, here you will find the ultimate in digital cardio training.
Yoga, Pilates or a meditation. In our separate training room next to the gym, you can start the day full of energy and find your inner balance with yoga. You will find everything what you need for your own session.
Get up, put on your running shoes and off you go. Since our Skybar is not necessarily suitable for exercise, the morning workout is best held outside. An invigorating jog around the Göttingen city wall or a walk through the urban neighborhood – you decide.
Our fitness area is open 24 hours a day for all hotel guests. The sauna & fitness area is also available for FREIgeist Homes guests.
