From fiery hot mustard seeds to dry aged steak from the grill – our team continuously invents and refines in order to bring the best to your plate. Our region in southern Lower Saxony is known for distilling corn, grinding mustard, extracting salt and the medieval art of brewing beer. We take inspiration from these roots and combine them with international influences and a love of cooking.
