Grill kitchen in the GENUSSWERKSTATT We think grill kitchen big and we think it new. In addition to our barbecue menu with juicy meat, fresh fish & vegetables, you can also enjoy a completely vegan menu, with flavors from the grill. This is because in the way it is prepared, aspects of the grill kitchen can be found again and again – from flamed cauliflower to grilled steak to smoke aromas in desserts.

Chef de Cuisine Hannes Langlotz and his team are always creating new and exciting seasonal highlights with regional ingredients. Our region in southern Lower Saxony is known for distilling corn, grinding mustard, extracting salt and the medieval art of brewing beer. We take inspiration from these roots and combine them with international influences and a love of cooking.
