Nice to know: our HERBARIUM bar in the FREIgeist Göttingen city center is currently ranked among the top 10 best bars in Germany. Like our new Weights & Measures Bar in FREIgeist Göttingen Nordstadt, it was designed by Drinksology from Belfast. A visit is worthwhile in any case!

In the HERBARIUM Bar, everything revolves around the six life phases in the plant world – from the seed to the soil and the leaf, to the wood and the flower to the fruit. Under these six categories, guests in our bar in downtown Göttingen will find a total of 16 signature drinks with unusual flavors such as fennel, caraway or coriander. Fresh herbs are harvested and processed directly from the vertical herb bed on the back wall of the bar.
