Japanese and South American classics come together in the sushi restaurant INTUU by the Göttingen train station. From high-quality sushi to shoyu poke to sake – meat, fish, seafood and vegetables develop incredible flavor on the Josper^®charcoal grill. We age the finest beef to perfection in our Dry Ager^®. Also typically INTUU: democracy at the dinner table. Anyone who wants to can share. There are no typical course sequences. Dishes are served as soon as they're ready.
